Refund Policy

At Mullys, we’re committed to making sure every golfer enjoys their round with us - starting with your order. If you receive bottles that are punctured, leaking, or if items are missing from your shipment, please reach out to us promptly. We’ll gladly issue a credit or replacement.

Please note: dented or scuffed bottles are still safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Mully’s does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except for orders returned due to an insufficient address or damage sustained during transit.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives with damaged bottles, we will:

  • Replace the quantity of damaged bottles (if more than 3 bottles are affected).
  • Issue a credit equivalent to the value of the damaged bottles (if fewer than 3 bottles are affected).

Because of shipping limitations, we cannot send out singular bottles. In cases where fewer than 3 bottles are damaged, we will provide a future credit.

Missing Deliveries

In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us and we’ll work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.
